Daiquiri

• 2oz (60ml) of white rum
• 1oz (30ml) of fresh lime juice
• .75oz (22ml) of simple syrup
• 2 drops saline solution

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
2. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds
3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
