Compound Gin

• 1 tsp juniper berries（杜松子）
• 2 cardamom pods（小豆蔻）
• 1/2 tsp coriander（芫荽子）
• 1/4 tsp black pepper（黑胡椒）
• 1 pinch lavender（薰衣草）
• 1/2 dried bay leaf（月桂葉）
• 2 oz（60ml） vodka

1. Measure all botanicals and add to a ziploc bag
2. Pour vodka into bag
3. Seal bag, removing as much air as possible
4. Add bag to hot water at (176°F) (80°C)
5. Leave in hot water for 90 seconds
6. Remove and place in ice water bath for at least 60 seconds
